With more than 15 years’ experience in the property sector as a development consultant, Peter Preedy uses his wide-ranging insights on London’s super-prime property to guide HNWs looking for the most sought-after new developments, including at One Hyde Park and Cadogan Place.

A seasoned negotiator with a technical nous, Preedy advises a mixture of corporates and private clients, alerting them to ‘unique market opportunities’. As a consultant, Preedy was integral to the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station and advised on the early stages of the project.

An International Politics graduate, Preedy worked for a decade as part of JLL’s residential development team. Early in his career he worked for W A Ellis, where he first met Alexander Millett, for whose agency he now works.
