Steven Friel heads up Woodsford’s high-value litigation funding operation, which has teams across the US, Singapore, Australia and Israel. With a master’s degree in international dispute resolution from the University of London, the Cambridge graduate has previously worked in the London offices of international law firms such as Brown Rudnick, DAC Beachcroft and Debevoise & Plimpton. 

Friel and his team provide tailored funding for high-value cases which have ‘strong merits’ and where the party had suffered provable damages of at least £3 million.
