Ex-Knight Frank stalwart Simon Tollit co-founded Tedworth Property with ex-Savills director Christian Warman in 2017. ‘Even though we were operating in the same market, we seemed to have a good difference in terms of contacts,’ says Tollit of the partnership with Warman. ‘When you bring those together, it’s an unusual selection.’
