Simon Goldring

Promoted to partner of Maurice Turnor Gardner in 2020 (having joined the firm from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner), Simon Goldring specialises in trust litigation, as well as wills and estate disputes, both onshore and offshore, advising HNWs, trustees and beneficiaries. He also regularly advises on commercial disputes, including fraud, partnership and minority shareholder actions, tax litigation, and IP disputes.

The emerging high-flyer is also the co-founder and co-chair of the Contentious Trusts Association, which now has over 500 members, and chairs the Trusts in Litigation annual conference. He previously administered a UK trust corporation for a number of years and has acted as in-house counsel providing primarily commercial contracts advice.
