Mentor, investor and entrepreneur Ryan Howsam began his career selling double glazing at 17, before going on ‘to build a market-leading enterprise’, employing over 1,000 people directly and indirectly across a portfolio of companies, including Staysure, Avanti, Paying Too Much and investment vehicle Howsam Limited.

Howsam claims to ‘back companies which have potential to innovate, disrupt and dominate’, and to ‘help bring clarity and focus to other business owners’. ‘I now give back by offering advice, mentoring and investment for promising businesses with potential, and accept applications via my website,’ he says.

Howsam is also the creator of the 90 Days Method, which he says helps businesses drive performance in a short space of time.
