Called to the Bar in England & Wales and Hong Kong, Todd has also advocated in the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands, typically representing HNW clients in complex family disputes. His recorded cases include the Supreme Court cases of Radmacher v Granatino and Petrodel Resources Ltd et al v Prest.

Aside from his private practice at 1 Hare Court, he is a deputy High Court judge and a recorder. He has lectured on ‘big money’ cases, entitlements arrangements, trust arrangements and nuptial contracts.
