Patrick Kearns qualified as a solicitor in 2005 before spending 11 years at Clintons, a boutique law firm in Covent Garden. He has a wealth of experience advising HNW clients on family law matters, and is recommended in various legal directories.

Kearns set up Newton Kearns with fellow partner Paul Newton a few years ago. The firm, which is based in Bloomsbury, central London, calls its lawyers ‘highly respected experts in our field', and claims ‘a wealth of experience acting for high-net-worth clients from all walks of life’.

Newton Kearns has a growing mediation practice and specialises in financial disputes between separating married and unmarried couples.
