Success has put Fisher German partner Matthew Allen in a bullish mood.

When Spear’s last caught up with him, he said that his national country agency team had ‘shattered the dominance of the so-called national agents’ in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

Allen’s team, which has offices across Britain, has enjoyed significant growth. One recent career highlight for Allen involved the successful sale of a 450-acre Northamptonshire farm that had been in the same family for many years. ‘It required dedicated client management, and they were delighted with the final outcome,’ he says. 

While Allen concentrates on rural property sales, Fisher German also provides auctions as well as advice on land management and sustainable energy.
