In 2013 Matt Jenkins teamed up with Dan Scatola to found Syracuse Partners, a recruitment firm securing senior roles in wealth and asset management, its global outreach focused particularly upon Europe.

Syracuse Partners is a boutique, retained firm and works together with relatively few clients who are ‘fully committed to growing and improving their business’ and appreciate the firm’s understanding of the recruitment business and the demands placed on the candidates.

He told Spear’s, ‘Compatibility is critical and firms with the ambition to compete at the highest level recognise that. We focus on growing and maintaining our network of top performers, it’s as simple as that.’

Jenkins spends his time working with clients and helping them to execute their strategies, putting his considerable experience – which includes a spell as a senior consultant at Morgan McKinley – to good use.
