Jonathan Lourie is a technology lawyer at Duane Morris who moves among the goliaths of pharma – as well as the smaller but still significant players in the life sciences arena.

He has an acute vision of the global industry, forged by his experience in advising on strategic collaborations since the late 1980s. Lourie helped to engineer the acquisition of Millennium Pharmaceuticals by Japanese giant Takeda, represented 1CellBio on a research partnership with Berkeley and assisted the innovative Anellotech with a mission to commercialise its technology to convert biomass to chemicals with the French IFP Energies Nouvelles.
