A specialist in international tax planning, Goodchild frequently advises on tax residence, domicile, the use of trusts and other entities in cross-border and international situations, and the UK’s double tax treaties with other jurisdictions. He has significant experience, too, with the raft of anti-avoidance legislation that is now relevant to offshore trusts and other entities. He also advises on succession planning and wills, including the administration of estates and issues in relation to mental capacity and powers of attorney.
