A West London property specialist with 30 years of experience, James Bailey began his career at Dunphys in Twickenham before joining Maskells in Chelsea. He was headhunted for a job in California, selling a ranch for $6 million in his first few weeks, and moved to Singapore in 1994 to pitch prime London developments for Cluttons. Fourteen years at Douglas & Gordon followed, and he joined Henry & James in 2009.

Bailey set up JBB in 2019 while still being based at Henry & James’s 1 Motcomb Street office. The two firms work collaboratively on sales, which is proving to be ‘a winning strategy’, according to the firm.
