Ian M.Franklin

After a long and successful career in international recruitment, Ian M. Franklin was independently asked to help a global firm source C-suite candidates. This task led to the creation of the Stickfest Group, the company which Franklin founded in 2018 with minimal funding and of which he is now the CEO.

Over the last few years, the Stickfest Group has burnished its reputation and focuses on advising family offices in the recruitment of talent for mid-level and senior positions. Franklin is a passionate entrepreneur and believes that his business model is in a strong position for the post-pandemic world.

When he is not selecting future CEOs, Franklin keeps busy with his philanthropic causes and his passion for photography.
