A silk since 2011 and a partner at 4 Paper Buildings, Setright has been considered a leader in the field of international children law for decades, in particular, for his work on child abduction, enforcement of foreign orders and jurisdictional issues. He has argued in front of the UK Supreme Court, the Court of Justice of the EU, and the European Court of Human Rights, and has also lead English counsel in two amicus briefs in the United States Supreme Court.
