Ed Tryon set up property advisory Lichfields in 2007, and it has since perfected the art of acquiring high-value new builds in prime central London. The firm has acquired more than £850 million of residential property, more than half of which was not available on the open market.
‘Our average ticket size has historically been around £8 million, the highest value has been just under £60 million, and we start at about a million,’ he tells Spear’s of his practice.
One of the best-connected figures in the prime central market, Tryon is exceptionally well placed to advice clients on rentals, sales, investment and development.
