Commercial litigator David Stedman has acted on classic and sports car disputes for a number of years, having previously worked for a niche litigation firm in this area before joining Clarke Willmott in 2014. 

He acts for collectors on cases involving issues such as professional negligence, misrepresentation and breach of confidence. He also acts leading auction houses, high profile individuals, leading restorers and collectors.
