Claire Nickolds’ City background includes qualifying at Stephenson Harwood in 2002 before transferring to the top-ranked family law firm Manches LLP, where she met her now co-founding partner, Lisa Jones. ‘The defining moment in my career has been establishing Jones Nickolds,’ says Nickolds.

Jones Nickolds is the largest family law team in the southeast, with 16 solicitors in total and two established offices in southeast London and Kent. Since launching, the firm has worked hard to consolidate its reputation, providing ‘clear and realistic advice’, always ‘safeguarding and pursuing [clients’] interests rigorously’ and remaining ‘mindful that the most successful outcomes are usually those agreed between couples rather than imposed by a court’.
