Chlow Leefe is a director at buying agency Aykroyd & Co. She is a Kensington specialist with 15 years of selling experience in the capital, now transferred into the acquisition side. Clients spread out to to other areas of prime central London as required.

While she is deeply versed in the particular streets she focuses on, she is keen to stress that her concern is always the client, not the area. She told Spear's: 'It's really about relationships and and trust and not selling any old thing.'

'Everything is very much about that relationship building. Once you've done the exchange, our work doesn't stop there, it continues into aftercare,' she said.
