Simon Garcia runs Quintessentially Estates’ London buying office. Run as an independent company from the concierge group, Quintessentially Estates takes a large amount of its business from introductions from Quintessentially members but can equally provide services to non-member individuals.

‘It’s a global group,’ Garcia told Spear’s. ‘Hub offices are in New York, Hong Kong, LA, London and Dubai. Further to that, we’ve got other franchise offices all throughout Europe, Central South America, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.’ Garcia himself is a London specialist working in Belgravia and in Quintessentially Estates’ head office in Marylebone.

Garcia’s clients are equally global, with US, European and Asian families all wanting to buy homes for themselves, younger family members or somewhere to stay while on holiday in the capital.
