Philippa Smith founded Silver Swan Recruitment in 2013 with a simple aim. She said: 'It's the best hospitality professionals for the most luxurious residences all over the world.'

With a background in recruitment Silver Swan started finding staff for luxury ski chalets, then moved into permanent residences and yachts as word spread of their ability to find staff for very exacting clients.

Smith thinks the key is spending time with the householders to pin down their real requirements. She said: 'When we're recommended, they tell us they said to go to SIlver Swan but look out, they'll want an hour and a half of your time.' Time well spent for the right help.
