Spear’s Review
Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, St George’s College is a non-profit school focusing on providing a ‘forward-looking approach’ to education. While the school is a boarding school, most of its students are day pupils whose parents are based in Argentina.
While popular among local communities, the school says that 50 per cent of its classes are taught in English. Students therefore receive a bilingual education, preparing them for life beyond the school’s classrooms.
St George’s combines an Argentine national curriculum with the IGCSE and IB diploma examinations. Central to this curriculum is the school’s belief that education must be personalised and tailored to each student.
