Bik-ki Wong is a highly experienced solicitor who specialises in advising HNW individuals on issues relating to tax, trusts, wills and probate. 

Wong says that when clients instruct her to make a will or LPA, they often have ‘ideas as to what they want, and not necessarily what they need.’ 

A key priority for the lawyer is to comprehensively and clearly understand her clients' personal circumstances. This enables her to advise them on the best course of action. ‘Many clients have gone away with a much better solution to address their concerns and have commented on how helpful this approach is,’ she says.
