Consultant dermatologist Dr Sharon Wong founded the MW Clinic London alongside ophthalmic surgeon Meg Minasian, where she sees patients alongside her consulting work at HCA Healthcare UK and Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital. 

The well-regarded specialist uses 'an integrated and medically led approach to skin health... combining medical trichology', her clinic says. Aiming to provide her patients with 'effective treatment plans'. Her 'unique insight' includes expertise in helping Asian and Afro-Caribbean patients with complex hair and scalp conditions, according to the clinic. 

As well as featuring in BBC documentaries 'Skin' and 'The Diagnosis Detectives' - a four-part series presented by Michael Mosley - Wong frequently provides media commentary on hair and dermatological health issues in outlets including the Financial Times, Cosmopolitan and the MailOnline.

Her wider advocacy work also saw Wong create 'Get Ahead of Hair Loss', a foundation which convenes medical and cosmetic experts at 'public educational events'.
