Former director at Deutsche Bank, Charlie Green of 24Haymarket works with a number of other professionals (each of whom were also senior figures at large corporations) to invest in fast-growing small-companies. 

Central to 24Haymarket’s success is its finance structure. Board members invest their own capital into businesses — significantly useful when quick decisions need to be made. According to the firm’s website, syndicate members have invested £104 million of their own capital into small companies and start-ups. 

Green, who currently serves as a director at the angel investment group, says that the firm looks to add value to businesses and help them to achieve their strategic ambitions.
