Specialising in matters relating to benefits, compensation and workforce integrations following mergers and acquisitions, he works cohesively with his clients to find appropriate solutions while navigating complex regional employment laws. 

‘The requirements of [my] role necessitate a solid understanding of the local UAE labour laws and an understanding of the operation of the legislation as it affects each of the various free zones within the region,’ he says.
