The Lexstone Lawyers partner joined the firm in 2017 after serving as legal counsel for a research arm funded by Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland. Using his two decades of experience, his objective is to lead ‘a business that supports our clients and people with fundamental principles of quality and integrity at its core’.

While the firm is based in Jersey — a far cry from its competitors in London — Day believes that its location has proven advantageous. 'Being based in Jersey means we don't have the same overheads of a large City firm,' he says. 'So our clients get the benefits of an experienced partner who can dedicate sufficient time to ensure the work gets done quicker and, in most cases, a cost-effective manner'.
