At the same time, she has worked closely with large British real estate developers, private banks, leading law firms, large accounting firms, and internationally renowned architecture and interior design firms, while helping her clients with their real estate acquisition and investment consulting. 

Additionally, she is committed to creating an effective holding structure and asset planning that meets client needs. Mrs Zhao Xiao has led a team that has achieved a total transaction value of 600 million pounds over the past few years. She has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to the company by winning the 2021 Deal of the Year Award.
