Experienced in handling cases involving Isle of Man immigration and British nationality work, Christopher Kinley has served at the helm of eponymous firm Kinley Legal since 2015.

With a client base that spans as far as south-east Asia, Kinley has expertise in a number of issues relating to immigration. This includes obtaining indefinite leave to enter, British nationality applications, immigration applications for entrepreneurs and investors, and a host of other matters. 

The UCL graduate is also an Isle of Man notary public and is adept at certifying documents in a number of languages. He is fluent in Russian and English and proficient in French and Ukrainian. Kinley is consequently a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
