Experienced in handling cases involving Isle of Man immigration and British nationality work, Christopher Kinley has served at the helm of eponymous firm Kinley Legal for the last seven years. With a client base that spans as far as the former Soviet Union and South-East Asia, Kinley has expertise in a number of issues relating to immigration. This includes obtaining Indefinite Leave to Enter, British nationality applications, immigration applications for entrepreneurs and investors and a host of other matters. 

The UCL graduate is also an Isle of Man notary public and is adept at certifying documents in a number of languages. He is fluent in both Russian and English and proficient in French and Ukrainian. Kinley is consequently a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
