The firm was co-founded in 1998 by Andrew Long, current group chief operating officer, who takes great pride in the company's ethos of providing exceptional customer service with no hidden fees, charges, or add-on margins. He says: 'I have a real passion for delivering great service and supporting individuals to achieve what's important to them in their lives.' 

At the firm, Long is responsible for key client and account strategy, global offers and events, legal and compliance, global real estate and technology infrastructure. Prior to establishing Ten Lifestyle Group, he used to run a UK market-leading event production business.
