Tracy Collins is a director at Rothschild & Co who one senior industry peer praised for being ‘a most competent and attentive CRM – I would trust her at all times’. The former Sarasin & Partners senior associate joined Rothschild & Co in 2013 and has more than a decade of experience in private client service.

Collins’s business revolves around trust, and she tells Spear’s her goal is to be seen as a trusted adviser to her UHNW clients. She says that while Rothschild & Co’s wealth managers do advise on investment strategy and portfolio management, ‘we definitely see our role extending beyond this to offer broader financial advice – whether this is on investment objectives, income and cashflow, sustainability and ESG, borrowing or acting as a “sounding board” on other matters’.

Outside work, Collins is a corporate member of The Fore, a seed funder for the charity sector, which the firm supports.
