Tracy Collins

Tracy Collins is a director at Rothschild & Co who one senior industry peer praised for being ‘a most competent and attentive CRM – I would trust her at all times’. The former Sarasin & Partner senior associate joined Rothschild & Co in 2013, and has more than a decade’s experience in private client service.

Collins’ business revolves around trust, as she tells Spear’s her goal is to be seen as a trusted adviser to her UHNW clients. She believes that while Rothchild & Co’s wealth managers do advise on investment strategy and portfolio management, she says ‘we definitely see our role extending beyond this to offer broader financial advice – whether this is on investment objectives, income and cashflow, sustainability and ESG, borrowing or acting as a “sounding board”’ on other matters.

She notices that clients are increasingly focused on ESG, with climate initiatives and the ‘S’ and ‘G’ elements ‘being most important’.

Outside work, Collins is a corporate member of The Fore, a seed funder for the charity sector which the firm supports.
