Stuart Crippin is head of the private client team at Seddons. Having joined the firm in 2018, he specialises in high-value estate and tax planning for UK residents and international clients who have UK connections. 

Crippin says that he works closely with clients in order to understand their key concerns and objectives: ‘I always try to create an environment where clients feel comfortable discussing very personal issues, such as in relation to family dynamics. I find that it is as important to listen to what they do not actually say, as well as what they do say.’

The Cambridge graduate, who began his career as a trainee solicitor at Stafford Young Jones, has also had successful stints at Thrings LLP and Mishcon de Reya.
