Paul Avon has more than 25 years of experience in the recruitment business. In 2015 he started his own company, True House Partners, which specialises in recruiting wealth management professionals, including experts in tax, investment and wealth structuring, for family offices and private offices. True House Partners has an international reach and covers not only the mainland of the UK and Europe, but also jurisdictions such as the Middle East, the Channel Islands and the Far East.

Avon believes that his company is successful because ‘we are authentic and, once instructed, we work tirelessly to capture the best person in the market – as opposed to the best person on the market who happens to be actively looking’.
