Having initially trained at Clyde & Clyde’s Dubai arm, Mark King is the senior director of litigation funding at Harbour Litigation Funding, looking after a wide range of cases with a particular focus on disputes within the Middle East. In his role, he works closely with Harbour’s CIO to develop new markets across the world and often handles some of the most complex and high value litigation.

The firm praises King’s experience in private client cases and his network of ‘high-value relationships across leading international practices.’ He joined Harbour in 2015 from Mayer Brown, where he was a senior associate handling complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration. 

King also holds a BA from Lancaster University and a Masters from Oxford.
