Mark Boyden is clinical director and executive coach of his eponymous firm, which delivers a range of therapy solutions. With more than 15 years’ experience at the top end of the sector, he counts UHNWs, senior corporate executives and the members of the world’s royal families among his clientele. ‘You have to be innately intuitive and clinically sound,’ he says, of the challenges of his sector.

Boyden trained at Regent’s University and worked at Guy’s Hospital and on Harley Street before setting up his own practice. Discretion is paramount: ‘All information disclosed is treated as confidential,’ he says. ‘It is vitally important to feel safe and secure in the relationship with your therapist and I place this at the heart of my therapeutic process.’
