‘I aim to offer clients rapid access to bespoke, personalised healthcare services,’ she says. ‘ Our practice looks after clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we are always on hand whenever needed.’ Most of the relationships Grossmann and her team have built are long-standing, with some clients having consulted the practice for ‘over 50 years’.

As Business Development Manager Helga has been pivotal in growing the business by focussing on meeting the medical needs of a wide range of patients and clients which include international corporations, many of the five star London hotels, family offices, and an ever increasing production and entertainment portfolio.  

Helga has had a successful career with a number of blue chip companies in the role of business development, sales and marketing.  Her focus has always been on customer satisfaction and retention.  She strives on providing outstanding service, one hundred percent of the time.

One of the key aspects of Helga’s role has been the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.  Through the pandemic she has been instrumental in successfully navigating the challenges of Covid-19, generating revenue and helping the company grow through identifying new markets, partnerships and products.  

‘Our corporate team aims to offer clients and patients rapid access to a bespoke, personalised healthcare service’, she says.  ‘The Practice looks after clients and patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we react quickly and efficiently to the needs and requests of our clients.

Its USP within the high-end private medical space is it’s offering of preventative medicine as well as support to ensure general and emotional health and well-being.  In addition, the clinic is well-regarded for providing a ‘first class’ doctor-led health concierge-style service to HNW’s.  Visitors to the UK from abroad who become ill during their time here often turn to The London General Practice for medical help privately, or through their various embassies.

Clients are full of praise for The London General Practice’s level of service, Grossmann says.  ‘The CQC inspection found that patients described the care as excellent and having made a significant contribution to their health and wellbeing’.
