Grant Parkinson joined Standard Chartered Private Bank as regional head of private banking for Europe, Africa and the Middle East in late 2020 and subsequently served as head of consumer, private and business banking for Europe. He is now global head of transformation and strategic initiatives for wealth and retail banking.

Parkinson previously held chief operating officer roles at Brewin Dolphin and Coutts, where his responsibilities included developing new client propositions and opening a booking centre. 

Responsible for accelerating the execution of Standard Chartered’s strategy, Parkinson will no doubt be part of the bank’s goal to increase its international capabilities – and attract new HNW clients.
