Spear's Review
Dominic Bulfin is a director in Bargate Murray’s superyacht group, where he advises owners and their intermediaries on all aspects of superyacht ownership and management.
Bulfin’s practice is broad. He handles the practical matters that arise from ownership, covering everything from negotiations of new builds to refit contracts, purchase agreements and charter agency agreements. Project experience includes the design and construction of ‘some of the largest new-builds in the superyacht fleet’ to the ‘complex modification and repurposing of older vessels’. He’s also called upon to offer his support in real-time to captains and yacht managers.
A lifelong sailor, Bulfin understands the realities of life on water, and frequently applies his personal experience as both an owner and charterer to offer clients ‘practical, pragmatic, and realistic’ advice.
