A founding member of the Family Law Agreements Group, Ceadel has particular expertise in drafting nuptial agreements, and regularly advises UHNW clients on cross-jurisdictional agreements.
Notable cases include successfully obtaining a UK-based settlement for a famous musician in a case involving complex issues of jurisdiction, and acquiring a favourable settlement on behalf of a client in a multi-jurisdiction divorce dispute. He is a frequently published commentator on family law issues and an active member of Resolution.
