Spear’s Review
Charlotte Bradley is a senior consultant in Kingsley Napley’s family and divorce team. She is known for her diverse practice that spans complex finances, jurisdiction battles, financial provision for unmarried couples and surrogacy.
Bradley is an expert in Schedule 1 cases and has co-authored three editions of a book on the subject. An advocate of collaborative law, she told Spear’s that she is proud of the approach Kingsley Napley lawyers take: ‘All the lawyers here focus on what the client needs and their wider family. You go to court when you really have to go to court, but it’s not your first port of call.’
She is editor of the 2017, 2019 and 2021 editions of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Family Law, and has represented the views of legal professionals as part of the Family Solutions Group. The group was set up by Mr Justice Cobb with a remit to consider the needs of separating families before they turn to court, and focus on the voice of the child.
