In tough times, Becky Fatemi’s instinct is to push harder. 

Now a partner at Sotheby’s International Realty, the founder of property agency Rokstone has performed strongly despite challenging conditions in the property market. It’s proof, Fatemi believes, that hard work, tenacity, encyclopaedic local knowledge and going the extra mile for clients leads to success. The fruits of her labours are the multi-million-pound prices her team secures: more than £8.3 billion over the last 10 years.

Fatemi was also named as a diversity ambassador by the Luxury Property Forum, recognising her pioneering work at Rokstone. ‘I [was] the only woman of colour with a shopfront in prime central London,’ she explained.
