Myles McIntosh is a partner and head of the private client department at Cripps.

He is a widely respected specialist in contentious trusts, probate and inheritance, dealing with a number of estates valued at greater than £50 million in recent years. When necessary, he can litigate with vigour and a keen eye for detail, but brings most of his cases to resolution using mediation, keeping out of the courts and the public eye.

McIntosh is a national committee member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and ranks in Band 1 for private wealth disputes in the south of the UK in the Chambers HNW 2022 legal guide.
