Established in 2011, Munsterfit’s wide clientele pool includes presidents, models, celebrities, billionaires and Olympic athletes. Due to its high-profile clients, one of the company’s hallmarks is its utmost discretion, illustrated most evidently by the fact that the location of the gym is not listed on its website and is only revealed to its clients. 

It was founded by Fabrice Lephysique, a former model and professional football player who has worked in personal training for over 12 years. His fees reach up to £1,000 an hour but his methods are commended by clients such as Friends actor Matt LeBlanc. 

Munsterfit claims that it has ‘designed a technique which burns calories four times faster than any other training methods’. It has been featured on the BBC and in publications such as Elle, The Times and Men’s Health. 

Lephysique also offers online workouts and sportswear under the brand Lephysiq St Tropez.
