As a partner in Trowers & Hamlins' dispute resolution team, Helen Briant specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, frequently advising on disputes relating to reputation management (often in high-profile cases), cyber security and the administration of trusts.

In terms of the latter, she has significant experience in dealing with complex and sensitive disputes emanating from private wealth, investments and estates. Clients include HNW individuals, business owners, trustees and executors.

Briant’s work usually has a cross-border element and sometimes involves allegations of fraud and dishonesty. She tells Spear’s that she prides herself on taking a commercially-driven and practical approach to even the most sensitive cases.
