Her firm also provides ‘personal angels’ to HNWs – ‘trustworthy professionals’ who can anticipate personal needs and help wealthy families to schedule their time and trips away. Carbó also has launched a postgraduate personal assistant course known as The Lifestyle Institute, which offers support to budding talent in the industry.
