Alison Bishop joined Goldman Sachs in 2021 as the firm looked to build out its private wealth management team. With more than two decades of industry experience, Bishop’s role as senior private wealth adviser is to craft holistic and globally minded wealth management solutions for UHNW clients. 

Before joining Goldman, Bishop worked for Coutts’ private office, where she advised UHNWs and families, with a focus on financial sponsors and entrepreneurs. Prior to her time at Coutts, she was part of the European high-yield trading desk at Dresden Kleinwort Wasserstein and led the EMEA private equity proposition at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. 

Bishop was shortlisted for the 2023 Spear’s Award for UHNW Wealth Manager of the Year. She was commended by judges for the breadth of her expertise and responsiveness to clients.
