Sami Robertson set up Harwood Advisory at the start of 2020 after 16 years at Knight Frank. According to the firm, Harwood is a ‘one-stop shop’, and a client’s ‘first point of contact when considering buying or selling a property anywhere around the world, whether it’s a flat in London, a house in the country or a home abroad’.

Despite launching right before a pandemic, Harwood had a ‘very good start’. Robertson achieved £120 million in sales and acquisitions in the first year, and took on another former Knight Frank employee. ‘You couldn’t imagine the start we had. Not many people have done as many deals in such a short time,’ he says.
