Rowland King has been selling homes for more than two decades, becoming head of Chelsea sales at Chestertons in 2016 and expanding his remit to now encompass the broad, grand streets of Knightsbridge and Belgravia. 

Today, King’s branch oversees some of the firm’s biggest deals, including the lion’s share of £4 million-plus sales. But he isn’t stopping there. With Chestertons now private-equity-backed, the focus is on growth, and King is targeting increased market share in the prime space. To raise the company’s profile and enhance its reputation among the international UHNW community, he is engaging with trusts, family offices and private client advisers – not to mention a new deal with Forbes Global Properties.

At the same time, he is still ‘very much exposed to clients – I never want to get away from that.’
