‘Our work at its core remains working alongside individuals who want to do good,’ says Boncerto CEO Peter Cafferkey. He set up the charity consultancy in 2015, focusing on entrepreneurs in the philanthropic area.

Formerly an international manager at the Charities Aid Foundation, Cafferkey has worked more with private client advisers in recent times, with highlights including the setting up of a new foundation.

‘Our client priorities remain varied, but their interest is growing in seeing new ways to achieve them outside of the old traditional “charity” model… they are asking for more creative solutions,’ he says. ‘We are starting to see more people looking at their whole lives in terms of the legacy in which philanthropy plays a part.’
