Jane Craig is a consultant in the family team at Penningtons Manches Cooper and specialises in high-value financial disputes, often involving trusts, inherited wealth, complex remuneration structures and international estates.

‘I aim to support my clients through the process of divorce in a way that enables them to emerge afterwards feeling that their interests were fully protected, and that a good outcome was achieved,’ she says. In 2006 she was appointed head of the family department – a department largely built in Craig’s image, with an approach she defines as ‘empathetic and supportive’, while never flinching from giving robust and firm advice. 

‘This helps my clients avoid spending money on legal costs unnecessarily or making strategic errors,’ she says.
